Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. 1-on-1 Sessions; Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 48hours notice if you are unable to attend a session. Sessions changed or cancelled within this time period will incur as a minimum a $50 administration fee. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more BEFORE the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. Clients who fail to show for sessions without notice will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied. Event Bookings; We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Due to the nature of the Event organisation, we require cancellations to be made 48 hours PRIOR to the event. Any cancellation within 48 hours will only receive a 50% refund due to perishable ingredients & resources having been made available for your booking.
