Is there much better than the aroma of bread baking in your oven, at your house... ready to eat when you want it?!
Bread Basics will teach you how to to understand the process of ingredient to final product & to create beautiful breads effortlessly! This is a basic foundation workshop, focussing on yeast levened breads using wheat flour.
CLAS SCHEDULED: Sunday 27th June @ 9.00am
This workshop is limited to a small group of students & taught by Vicki Freeborough - an award winning chef with 15 years experience. The intimate class size allows the students to gain an indepth knowledge and personalised learning experience.
In this class, you will gain hands on experience, making 4 styles of breads -
Jalapeño Cheddar braid

This class is packed full of information - You will be given the recipes that we make on the day (plus a few variations!), tips & tricks sheet, home bread making "shopping list" and a special gift so you can continue to create artisan bread at home!
At the end of the class, you will take home your creations - 4 varieties of bread! + a BONUS demonstration!!!
The class will run for approximately 3 - 3.5hrs
You will may wish to bring teatowels or something to wrap your breads in to take home!
This class :
- is NOT Gluten Free ( sorry :-( )
- Uses Animal products (butter/milk/eggs), however - with prior discussion, vegan alternative options can be arranged.
