This hands on introductory cheese workshop is for the cheese mad, the ones who want to learn, live & reap the benefits of having the knowledge of soft cheese creation!
How does milk turn into cheese? How are different cheeses made? How do I cook with that cheese?
CLASS SCHEDULED : FRIDAY 24th July
Morning class & Afternoon class available
This workshop is limited to 4 students and is taught by Vicki Freeborough - an award winning chef with 15 years experience. The intimate class size allows the students to gain an indepth knowledge and personalised learning experience.
In this class you will learn recipes & techniques to make and take home;
This class is packed full of information - You will be given the recipes, tips & tricks sheet, suggested recipes for use, home cheese makers "shopping list" and a special gift so you can continue to create fresh cheese at home!
At the end of the class, you will take home your creations - 3 varieties / ~1kg of cheese!!
The class will run for approximately 3 hrs
This class is:
- Gluten Free option
- Crustacean Free
- Lacto-vegetarian friendly (can also be lacto/ovo-vegetarian friendly on request)
