About the Event

Has your passion for cheese outgrown just eating it? 

Do you want to explore creating your OWN cheese varieties at home?

If so, this is the class for you!

CLASS SCHEDULED: Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd November

Cheese the Day is an intensive, two day workshop that is 100% hands on creation of seven styles of cheese.

During this 2 day event, we will create the following:

- Farmhouse Cheddar

- Fresh Mozzarella

- Double Brie

- Persian Feta

- Ash Chabichou

- Quark

- Greek style Feta

You will receive a booklet containing all the recipes for each cheese made in class, plus maturation & care instructions to continue aging your cheese at home. You will also receive cheesemaking supplier information and guidance for producing cheese at home on a small scale.

Lunch & refreshments will be provided over the two days & upon conclusion of the workshop we will enjoy some local produce to celebrate out amazing feat!

This class is an exciting event and a wealth of knowledge for people who are looking to delve into the wonderful world of cheesemaking!
