WORKSHOP SCHEDULED : Sunday 26th September @ 11.30am

Nothing compares to home-made marshmallow... soft, pillowy morsels that dissolve on your tongue... and who doesn't like a good brownie?!

Brace yourself... Skill Express: Sweet Skills #2 - Marshmallow & Brownies is finally here!!! 

Over the hour class, we learn and create the most decadent sweet treats!

This class is taught by Vicki Freeborough - an award winning chef with over 15 years experience. We operate with small class sizes to give you the ideal space for a  personalised learning experience and indepth knowledge - plenty of opportunities to ask questions!

Our Sweet Skills #2 workshop will help us discover what REAL marshmallow tastes like & how simple it is to create at home! While we are there, we will pop on a batch of the most decadent custom brownies!

Did you know that Marshmallows don't have to be sickly sweet, nor boring standard flavours?! During this workshop, you will learn just how easy it is to whip up an incredible sweet & you will have several options for flavouring your very own batch of marshmallow to suit your tastes!

Many years as a chef, Vicki has made batch after batch of brownies to now have perfected the art - share in the knowledge of a perfectly cooked brownie! 

You will be given a booklet to take home filled with information and all recipes carried out during class.

Once our time is up, you take home your decadent goodies & booklet, ready to make them any time!!!

During this class we will create:

- Custom Brownies ; base recipe + selection of flavours

- Custom Marshmallows; base recipe + selection of flavours

The class will run for approximately 1hr - 1.5hrs
