COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
"CHEESE 2 COMPETITION" available to Facebook & Instagram audience
Competition begins Tuesday 21/07/2020 & will end once terms of conclusion are met.
To be eligible to win, you must at least;
1. LIKE Evolved Wellbeing's Facebook and/or Instagram page,
2. COMMENT on the competitions original post with "It ain't easy being cheesy",
3. SHARE the competition post PUBLICLY
and for extra entries
4.Tag three friends,
5. Comment with a name for the Cheese 2 course .
The competition will conclude & the Winner for the "Trial class" will be drawn by random selection once the Facebook & Instagram pages collectively reach 1000 likes/followers OR by the discretion of the competition holder.
Winner for the "Name the class" will also be chosen at this time.
Winner will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a tutor to carry out the Trial Class for Cheese 2.
We will require feedback during the trial and a review completed after that is shareable to the public.
The experience is valued at over $400 & is not transferable to another, nor for cash or credit.
The winner must be either a resident of ALBANY WA 6330, OR, be able to travel to attend the trial in ALBANY WA 6330 at their own cost.
The winner & tutor will find a mutually agreeable date to carry out the trial as soon as possible from the competition being drawn.
Winner will take home their creations at the end of the trial.
Winner will not receive intellectual property which is normally given during a workshop.
"NAME THE CLASS"
Winner will receive a $50 Evolved Wellbeing voucher to use toward any of the Cooking workshops.
The voucher is not redeemable for cash
The voucher will not expire, until used.
The voucher is transferable to another person
This competition has no affiliation with Facebook or Instagram.
Rude or obnoxious conduct will not be tolerated & the offending party will be ejected from the competition immediately.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 48hours notice if you are unable to attend a session. Sessions changed or cancelled within this time period will incur as a minimum a $49 administration fee.
Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more BEFORE the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Clients who fail to show for sessions without notice will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied, of which is 50% of the original fee.
No refunds will be issued AFTER a session has been carried out, however if you believe Evolved Wellbeing has not delivered on what was outlined in the session/package - please contact info@evolvedwellbeing to discuss a resolution.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Due to the nature of the Event organisation, we require cancellations to be made 48 hours PRIOR to the event as it is difficult to fill last minute cancellations.
Notified cancellation PRIOR to 48 hours will receive a full refund or credit to participate in future events.
After this time if cancellation is required, we charge a 20% non refundable fee (due to a position being held and produce made available to you), with the remainder to be refunded or held in credit for future classes.
Clients who fail to show for an event without notice will not receive a refund.
Culinary Destination classes (3 workshop series) can not be refunded in part in circumstances of single class absence. Upon booking the class, you agree to be present for the dates and times specified on the event ticket.
If there are circumstance out of our control, such as the provider/instructor becoming ill or injured & is unable to fulfil the duties required of the event, you will be offered an alternative date that is set as soon as the provider/instructor is able to fulfil the duties required of the event. If the new event date or time is unsuitable, you will be offered credit towards the next event that you wish to attend OR a refund in full.

Payment is taken via Paypal or credit card facilitator Stripe on the website at the time of booking.
All costs are shown in AUD.
If you require a refund, payments via Stripe or Paypal will have a non-refundable merchant fee deducted from the total to be returned. Fees are 2.6% + $0.30 of the total sale price.

By participating in sessions over the phone/ web, you acknowledge that, though I am a certified coach, I am unable to conduct the extensive analysis that I would in an in-person setting. Therefore, the advice I provide during our consulting sessions is not intended nor implied to be a substitute for in-person professional advice [or treatment]. The information provided in the consulting session should not be considered a substitute for in-person evaluation by a registered health professional to address your individual needs.
