Do you want to explore creating your OWN cheese varieties at home?
If so, this is the class for you!
CLASS SCHEDULED: Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd May 2021
Cheese the Day is an intensive, two day workshop that is 100% hands on creation of seven styles of cheese.
During this 2 day event, we will create the following:
- Farmhouse Cheddar
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Double Brie
- Persian Feta
- Ash Chabichou
- Greek style Feta
You will receive a booklet containing all the recipes for each cheese made in class, plus maturation & care instructions to continue aging your cheese at home. You will also receive cheesemaking supplier information and guidance for producing cheese at home on a small scale.
Lunch & refreshments will be provided over the two days & upon conclusion of the workshop we will enjoy some local produce to celebrate our amazing feat!
This class is an exciting event and a wealth of knowledge for people who are looking to delve into the wonderful world of cheesemaking!
